Return Policy

However, upon approval for a return, every purchased item could only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returned Items

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong item, the item is damaged, or the item is defective, you many need to trade your item for a different item. You must send us a request via email, informing us of your intent to return the item. You must obtain a response from the seller acknowledging your intent to exchange the item.

If you intend to return an item within the allowed period, you must do the following:

  3. You must ship the item(s) back to us within the original fourteen-day period
  4. Once the original item(s) is (are) received, seller will ship the exchanged item(s) to the buyer.
  5. Seller will notify the buyer of the status of the order via email.

Exchange Request Policy

Any request for an exchange must be made within the 14-day period from the day of the original purchase. The buyer must return the original item within 14 days after the request was made. Please note that failure to do so may result in the cancellation and/or the rejection of the exchange request.

Return Cost and Refund

Generally, all sales are final. However, there are instances where an item(s) might be defective. There might also be a situation where the buyer received the wrong item(s) (independent of the buyer’s own doing). In these cases, the buyer may request to return the purchased items to the seller.

The seller may agree to a return. But the seller would not bear the cost of the return.

For a defective item(s) or other issues with the purchased item(s), which is already delivered, the seller may decide whether to cancel the order and provide the buyer a full refund or whether to exchange the item(s). The seller will provide a refund or will ship a replacement item(s) only after receiving the defective or the refused item(s) back from the buyer.
